We decided to move at this time because we have always wanted to be in Trophy Club. We wanted to take advantage of the changing market, and purchase before interest rates rise.
How was your buying and selling experience?
Buying and selling at the same time is nerve-wracking! We put our home on the market, hoping we would find our dream home. Thankfully we were under contract quickly with multiple offers, so we were able to choose a buyer who we could lease the home back from. This allowed us to wait and not just choose the best available house, but wait for the right house.
