As a valued team member to The Tosello Team, Colleen has over 33 years of experience in the real estate industry in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex having obtained her license in 1989.  In her current role with the team she specializes in negotiations, helping you meet deadlines and commitments associated with buying and selling.  She also manages the contract to close process which is a key component for a successful transaction.    Colleen’s desire for the highest level of customer service helps her to work toward win-win solutions to any obstacles that come up and focuses on making the process as stress free and simple as possible.  So whether it’s contractors for repairs, questions about next steps or questions about the process you can count on Colleen to walk you through it.


She also helps in the day to day operations of the business and able to step in when necessary for other team members.  Before pursuing a career in real estate Colleen exercised her administrative talents in professional offices both in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and her hometown of Chicago.
