Success Finally!!! 

After previously listing our home with two other agents, we finally sold it with the help of the Tosello Team! We immediately had numerous showings & multiple offers (1st offer after just 5 days on the market!). 

I was convinced the combination of their marketing strategy, experience & knowledge of the local market was second-to-none! We interviewed nine very qualified agents who specialized in the Colleyville/Southlake area before we entrusted Paul, Colleen and the rest of Tosello Team to sell our home.
We were so happy with our experience we referred a friend selling their home in the neighborhood and in the matter of a few days their home went under contract and eventually sold.

I think knowing the history of how the sale came about is important for anyone to know, especially when the results are positive and have learning milestones that can be reviewed by buyers as well as your own agents.

We started this process by hiring a "friend" to market and sell our home.  It ended with very sad results (none actually) and rather than continue to be frustrated by this, we decided to move on and salvage the friendship. I began interviewing Realtors, mostly in the area, but one of which was Dallas based.  Funny that the Dallas person never followed through with appointments, which he failed to show on both set appointment times.

The short story is Paul blew me away with his knowledge of the area; the metrics he had to substantiate results and most of all he knew how to communicate this to me to build my confidence in choosing The Tosello Team, Keller Williams Realty, to not just list my home, but to market and sell my home. Paul showed up on a Friday afternoon, in pouring rain, dressed in Business attire, which impressed me, loaded with laptop information, printed history of previous data on homes in the area and knowledge of the area and what I could expect to see from their group.  Paul's explanation of when I could expect to see showings was conservative at 2 per week.  We had 12 showings in less than 10 days and the first offer exactly on the 10th showing, which is exactly what Paul had stated in our first meeting.

Once Colleen and her team began managing the process, it was just a very enjoyable experience and no surprises (other than one offer not being able to close).  We thankfully had multiple offers. The communication from The Tosello Team was consistent and very accurate in all cases.  We never felt "out of the loop" thru any of the process.
