Moving a family can be a lot of things including exciting.  Moving a family out of the country, now that's an adventure.   Getting under contract in a reasonable time frame and with minimal impact to daily life was high on the priority list.  So was staying in the house until the school year ended.  Through a team effort between agent and sellers we worked to accomplish all the timing concerns, secured a contract in 13 days, closed in 30 days and negotiated for the family to stay in the home until school was out.  They were ready to move on to their next adventure!
